Sarah founded the brokerage in 2012, after a decade representing buyers across the hill country market. She keeps her own listing count deliberately low so that every seller gets the same attention the first one did.

How she works

She walks a house before she prices it, every time. The valuation that follows comes with the comparable sales attached and the adjustments written out, so a seller can argue with the reasoning rather than the number.

What she takes on

Waterfront and architecturally significant homes, mostly on the west side. If a property needs a specialist photographer or a structural opinion before it goes live, she would rather delay the launch than publish something that undersells it.
