What we collect

When you request a valuation, book a viewing or send a message, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and whatever details you choose to add about the property. We collect nothing else, and you do not need an account to use this site.

The site records anonymous traffic statistics so we know which listings and pages are useful. These cannot be traced back to an individual visitor.

How we use it

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a valuation, or arrange a viewing. We contact you about that request and nothing else, unless you have asked for our weekly listing email.

  • Responding to valuation and viewing requests
  • Sending listings that match a search you asked us to save
  • Meeting the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed brokerages

Saved properties

Properties you save with the heart icon are stored in your own browser and never reach our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them, and they do not follow you to another device.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent they need it. Where a transaction proceeds, information is shared with the parties required to close it, such as the title company and the lender.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@example.com. We respond within five working days. Records we are required to retain under state licensing rules are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
